Very friendly and efficient staff. The store was clean and tidy. Toilets available, one is has disabled access and a baby changing unit. Seating inside and outside. A good range of products on sale. Nice tall ceilings and large windows make it feel big and bright.

Good place to stop along the journey back from Cornwall. Plenty of other shops in the industrial estate as well. Good coffee, plenty of choice. We sat outside and shared a toasted bacon and macaroni cheese sandwich which we both agreed was delicious! Service was friendly and quick.

Excellent service, welcoming staff and coffee made very quick (possibly the fastest of any Costa I've been to!). Only thing I would say is, would be great if the owner(s) could fix the wifi as its been virtually unusable for some time now.

Lovely drinks, made lovely people. Always a pleasant experience here. Even the sweet treats are something to go back for!
The setting (a retail park) isn't brilliant, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was reliably Costa.

Nice little Costa whilst dpi your shopping. Great idea. I wish we had these in Stoke-On-Trent with our shopping places. I’d definitely use the supermarket more if we did. Toilets close by so convenient for the older or younger generation. Nice polite staff too

In a good location in the own square Costa is a convenient pace for a break or to meet up with friends. The coffee and food is up to the usual high standard, but what makes this bracnh shine above others is the really friendly attitude of the staff. You always get a cheery welcome and they actually appear really interested in their clustomers - a rare commodity these days.... well done all.
We needed some food enroute, quickly served and reasonably priced.

Launceston Costa is top notch.We go every week and the staff are happy and helpful and the cafe kept spotless. It's relaxing and definitely not full of elderly people, there are plenty of young mums and their mates. I Appreciate getting de cafe tea and lovely toast and rate this probably the best Costa in the country.!! I think Rob is their best asset as he is always cheerful and very efficient.
I use this Costa drive thru more than I really should and have had nothing but good experiences with it.
I always have a fantastic experience when coming here, the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

The staff here at the Costa in the Tesco store, Launceston are fantastic and hard working. The problem is there are not enough of them! Head office needs to look at how rushed they are and understaffed. Look after your staff!
